We have actually had an online store since 2001! We offer competitive pricing, a variety of payment and shipping options via our trusted partners, and beautiful, discreet packaging and billing.

Yes. Our entire site is hosted on secure servers, served to you via SSL. Our site is built with security in mind, and we routinely check our site’s modules are up to date.

Under no circumstances will we give your personal information to third parties and we only market to you with your explicit permission(and you can opt out at any time). We never ever store your payment information, and work with payment processing partners in whom we have full trust.

We use Australian company Pin Payments for online credit card transactions. Pin Payments provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (this is the highest, most stringent level of security👮) If you want a bit more detail, please visit Pin’s website.

If you need something quickly, please give us a call ((02) 6553 4001) and arrange to pick it up from the store.

For orders further afield (but still in Australia) we offer all the usual Courier and Express Post options, and for customers overseas we only ship via DHL’s Express service.

While it won’t arrive today, a package sent via Courier should arrive within a couple of days, depending on where exactly you are.

We monitor delivery times for all packages to make sure the shipping service is meeting our own expectations.
