How do I return an item?

Change of Mind
We value our customers and appreciate that from time to time you might change your mind. We do allow return of online purchases due to change of mind, provided that:

  • You have proof of purchase
  • The goods are in sellable condition with original packaging and tags attached
  • Goods are returned to us within the 30 days of purchase
  • The items are not fragrances, vitamins or medicine (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).
Not all purchases are eligible for return. Please contact our customer service team to confirm your eligibility to return your purchase. Our customer service team can be reached via sales@chapmanandwoodchemist.com.au or phone 1300 669 045, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

For change of mind returns the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Product
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team via sales@chapmanandwoodchemist.com.au or phone 1300 669 045, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Cancellations
Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where a full refund less postage will be provided. Please bear in mind that returns cannot be accepted for vitamins (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).

Please Note:

  • Only online purchases can be returned as outlined above
  • Online purchases can also be returned to our physical store
  • Your online purchase will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account you used with your original purchase once your refund has been processed.
Vitamins cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
